Another day I have not accomplished
What I hoped I might do when it began
Still and all, at days end, I’d done some
My book of life turns another the page
Many goals, projects I’ve in the queue
Marching 2 x 2, 16 dozen fight to get in
I know where to go with some, I think
Why then neglect them, flimsy excuses
I know I’ll complete them, if I only try
I must not get distracted, I think……………………
