I think the car over there is flirting with me
It honked its horn and also blinked its lights
There are no people anywhere that can see
Maybe it’ll offer me a ride to see the sights
I start to walk closer, make it certain I saw
It’s grown frantic, honking, lights blinking
I dash away, afraid, sure it’ll bring the law
Gasping, I stop, limp, what was I thinking
Hence, I’ll ignore it and I’ll turn a blind eye
I’ll scorn any car that winks, toots its horn
Some nights, one screams, I fear the why
Cover my ears and eyes, until early morn
