Already, I have begun to wonder
where is the center of my story?
Looking back will I remember
moments of tragedy, glory? Are
words too extreme for sadness
and recognition? The partitions
that separate good from great as
minor as keys of a sonata. Hold
tight and find your darkness and
light. Both you need, in order to
succeed. Think love, hate, laugh,
and weep. All the usual opposites
which balance our average lives.
Know them everywhere you are.
