I am subject to refraction.
Though I attempt detection
I am driven by distraction.
Neither drink nor election
allay or alter its attraction.
As delay sees my dejection
Faltering through inaction.
Mired in mental inspection
Causes me dissatisfaction.
Who wants my disaffection
Can life print a retraction?
