Where will we be
on the midden of history?
These moments, time,
which none might recall.
What will we
or any other see?
Torments of our climb,
if we rose, when we fall.
Who will, then, decide
what we praise, deride?
It is no small matter,
choosing the manner we dwell.
How will we sit beside
all of those to whom we lied?
Slandered them with false flatter
in time and tide which none may quell.
When will we care,
to live a life that all find fair?
Act after our chance is gone,
but before we disappear.
Why will humanity not dare
to hope and reason pair?
Say, enough, we are one
and face our future, our vision clear.
