It is time to put people over politics, country over capitulation and world over wealth.

Everything humans know
about creation and our
place within it, fits
within a space so
infinitesimally small
it could not be called
even a little bit.
Ironic, really, since
all we hope to know
is ourselves and how
we fill all the places
empty, full, then or now.
No matter how rich or dull,
the look of all our faces.
The view and visage
of the sun or the moon
are as much yours, ours
as the smallest microbe
found upon the ocean’s floor.
In beggar’s rags, ermine robe,
all come and go by a single door.
