People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ Have you ever seen a glorious sunset? Marveled at the chromatic hues of each dawn? Quickly snatched these magics, though there’s truly no way to hang on. Even if you can vividly imagine them, they’re already gone. Have no fear. They will come again on future days, […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ A small child asks, “what is that sound? The one in the distance? Can you hear it?” You shake your gray head no. Realizing, at that moment, you can feel it vibrating through the soles of your feet. Climbing upward to fill your existence. Then, when you’re nearly […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ Maps of moments tell our tale. Show the direction we have gone. Doesn’t matter if we are rich or we are poor. Our journey; one long river of song. Do you think like me that we chose the path and ending we will pursue. “What of the […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ The tree forks stand proudly and point to the sky, to the ground. Some point directions unknown, unimagined. Where do they lead? Who’ll know where I have gone? If not me, anyone? Love awaits, if I’m bold or lucky. Adventure’s overrated, though need or greed may drive […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ Slowly I contemplate reality, singing chance with all beings. Not religious, but universal. The music and words kept simple to calm my inner monitor, allow my true voice to open my inner ears, so I might hear my own message. ~~~~~ Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~ ~~~~~ I have tons of material, but have been posting infrequently, because I feel discouraged. This blog has existed for 10 years and I normally get one to three responses when I post. I feel it must be something I’m doing or not doing. I don’t what, and […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ What if, each morning, we could tune ourselves to the deep world? The music of our sphere, which may no longer sound true, since we’ve changed not only our own instrument, but also the score. As our once harmonious composition sounds discordant and dissonant , harsh and […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ I remember sitting on a wall, alone and lonely, surrounded by people. As if they were talking barriers. Until a bright smile, a hello opened the door into a new world which I never expected, yet always longed for. ~~~~~ Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment Peace […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ A mother bids the starlight to sing their child to sleep. Dreamless or happy romps in a land of make believe. That they could grow up in a world of peace and plenty.  History a horrid and horrific memory. If reaching out to seed stars and planets. […]

People Over Politics, World Over Wealth ~~~~~ ~~~~~ Hope in darkness lingers in low tones. Sustained tremolo and plangent reserves. When we are deep into winter’s night. We know that some tomorrow, we’ll see light. Even those who live through months of darkness, realize they will watch the sunrise. Lingering above the horizon for days […]
