What if the stars and galaxies disappeared
you awaken unable to speak or understand?
Where would you go if able dance through time?
Which dance would you choose and why?
We hurl ourselves into space, although
never too far. Perhaps, one day soon
we will marry our dreams and future together.
Remember how to play, why it’s important.
Imaging you are the notes of a symphony,
the brushstrokes which create a masterpiece.
What music would you pick? From which era?
Which style or painting speaks to you?
Might we find answers to such questions
if given enough time to think and to love?
Can we stop our headlong dash toward disaster,
take the time to simply love and simply share?
