Sickness is Health, Ignorance is Strength, Insurrection is Freedom, Trumpery is Reality
It’s not for the workers who don’t get by,
Nor for the small business that’ll go bust.
For fat cats, in boardrooms, sleek and sly,
Who lust for profit, if we’re quick or dust.
Some yell freedom; mothers’ tears glisten,
Not their blood oils gears of the machine.
Loud cries of survivors, too awful to listen;
Future promise reduced, meager and mean.
While wealthy misers yearn to live forever,
Weak homilies bid all the millions goodbye.
Everyone suffers for their fleeting pleasure;
When will we decide it is time to ask why?
