Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength,  Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment

Oh so many ways we can dream and hope.
Some near, some distant, need a telescope
Find what we want or want what we find;
spend years so depressed, out of our mind.

Will we start to understand which is which,
or for grass seen as greener will we switch?
Use time we wasted for the time we want,
always wish to have exactly what we can’t.

When we are taught, worship money, things,
turned away from life, joy only love brings.
Expect our universe to be tawdry and small;
unaware we’re one, always the size of it all.
