Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength, Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment

Come, admit we’ve made our world absurd.
We but scurrying ants guarding our anthills,
playing make-believe, kings of our castles,
not worthy to be jesters, only play the fools.
I’ll happily tell you that I’ve got your nose,
nose which you sliced off to spite your face.
My taunt only used when teasing a toddler.
While your choice may end the human race.
Myths and stories hold small grains of truth,
passed down by oral tradition, mind of man.
We, too, reflect light from a cosmos so vast,
tell stories, to pretend we understand at last
