On Our Way to Oblivion

It is time to put people over politics, country over capitulation and world over wealth.

Time that I work from back to front.
Don’t worry if you don’t understand.
It’s just my way of fooling my brain,
to discover what I don’t understand.
Might it be, I’ll never have answers?
Maybe, I’ll never know the questions.
In a time and place like all the others.
Queries abound, rumors run rampant.
Do we, any of us, learn right answers?
Are there no answers, simply choices?
Choices of what we do, what we say,
which need no detailed explanations.
Simply knowledge whether they help
or harm us all, on our way to oblivion.
