How will I know when my entrance comes
and I’m set to step upon the stage? Will
I be a flop or all the rage? What a
strange construction. Words in a row
signifying, ones upon which I’m relying.
Will you take me by the hand? Lead me
to some promised land far afield where
whatever I imagine, I might somehow
yield? Like a description of how we live.
