The diamonds sparkle, stones
of a rare beauty because of
their rarity, their clarity, even
knowing of the pressure which
creates them, will we rate them
above people of all levels and
persuasions? People more like
opals. Brilliance and highlights
but prone to shatter under pressure.
We buff our essence to discover
what jewel or metal we may equate,
how we relate to all the others.
How we fit the pattern, if we mesh
within the gears of our and all creation.
