Call and response Doppler through
the hall, across the field, through
the forest, until they reach a distant
shore. They join with the fishes and
the verdant sea life to produce music
which has rarely been heard on this
plane before or after. What do you
think? Does it speak to you, for you?
I’m unsure, and yet I hear the beauty
as I watch the flashing light of Alpha-
ville, and wonder how I got there and
where I will go. What’s that you say?
This music is millennia older than us.
It has just never been played before
with such crude Earth instruments.
