The words run out. They run out
my pen and stain the paper. Like
the map in a heist caper, upside
down and turned around, given
what I have to say. Which I don’t
always know. When I cannot find
words, my brush bleeds feeling of
the silent moments capturing me.
“Do you meditate,” people ask me.
All I can tell them, I paint, I write.
Most importantly, like all, I create.
