Is my body compensating for energy I spent when young?
AADD now instead of ADHD then; I was, am a handful some days.
I live fatigued all the time and the attention deficit doesn’t help.
I’ve lost the edge that I once had, though my spirit stays the same.
I believe everything I need or want will come if I can focus my mind.
I know I find that harder than you’d think, emptying it nigh impossible.
My spirit infinitely young and infinitely old must need reminding
Everything which is all and all which is everything; this too shall pass away,
Yet, nothing lost and nothing gained. Everything remains the same.
When our bodies become too old, damaged, feeble, unable to continue,
They will be put aside and the lessons of our being will remain.

Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength,
Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment 

Unite the World!
