Wrong, maybe, does it apply?
Alive on one side, the other not.
How can this be, I have thought.
Dead branches reach for living.
Live reach away, unforgiving.

Each always struggles to survive
Felled with axes, cut with knives.
Trees no less or more than people.
Which more benefit we keep will
Create the best possible outcome?
I ask where you’re coming from.
