Every time I write a poem,
I open myself to the cosmos.
I see with an inner eye, hear
with an inner ear, hearing
something far or near, What
the thrust that draws me on,
draws me through? I feel
myself flow through myself,
and everyone filling me,
spilling from my heart,
leaving my soul nourished

Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment
Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength,
Unite the World
