Talk to me, foretell the future,
explain the past so I understand.
How can I tell you what I don’t
know, explain what happened
before your birth. I put this into
words, which you know but will
not feel. Even if we both speak
at once, mirror the story and the
description. Though we both
lived through it, feels different,
and we have different memories.
The best we’ll do is create a
composite, which we add to
and subtract from, until it is
ours. It will not be what or
exactly the way it happened.
Whatever it becomes, I hope
that it us enough to please you.
