Why do so many people decide
They’re immune because
it hasn’t happened to them
yet. Not just COVID but
the many random happenings.
They’ve never been kidnapped,
struck by lightning, lost a loved one
to fire or flood. They’ve never
lost everything to a hurricane, tornado,
or what you call storms where you live.
Because of this, they believe
it cannot happen to them.
Until, of course….
