The sun shines upon the water
as I walk and watch for signs
of ocean life, whale spouts and
the waves themselves, constant
reminders of the life of the planet
of which we play such a small part
for all of our ability to destroy all.
Though we’ll not remove the glory
of the sunlight reflected by water.

Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength,
