Sometimes, he walks beside me.
Sometimes, he walks in front.
Sometimes, he plays at being tall.
Sometimes, he’s really just a runt.
Sometimes, he’s beneath my feet.
Sometimes, I pretend he pierces Earth.
Sometimes, I think that would be neat.
Sometimes, at night, he hides in shadow.
Sometimes, a light pins him to the wall.
Sometimes, he leads me off to bed.
Sometimes, he protects me in the dark,
although I cannot see him at all.

Diversity is Unity, Empathy is Empowerment

Peace is Purpose, Nonviolence is Strength,

Unite the World
